When the new garage was built in place of the old garage, the remaining garage went from being the new garage to the old garage.  Ya got that?  Anyway, the garage was lacking a few niceties such as electrical outlets, good lighting, but had something most garages don't: a steel post dead center.  Called the "Door `", this series of pics documents its removal and the improvements to the garage that became the "foyer" to the new structure.  Click on the pic above to see the rest of the pics.
